  • breadcrumbs (80g)
  • asparagus (100g)
  • mixed salad greens (50g)
  • olive oil (15g)
  • lemon juice (10g)

Prepare the Ingredients

Clean and devein the shrimp. Clean the calamari and cut it into rings. Prepare the asparagus by trimming the tough ends. Assemble your salad with fresh vegetables of your choice.

Bread the Seafood
