  • tuna (50g)

Avocado Toast

1. Toast two slices of whole grain bread to your desired level of crispiness. 2. While the bread is toasting, cut a ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. 3. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth and season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toast.

Scrambled Eggs

1. Crack three large eggs into a bowl and whisk until well beaten. 2. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. 3. Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add a small knob of butter or a drizzle of olive oil. 4.
