Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour - 1/2 cup ricotta cheese - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese - 1 tablespoon sugar - 1 teaspoon baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon salt - 1 cup milk - 1 large egg - 1 tablespoon melted butter - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - Assorted mixed fruits (strawberries, blueberries, bananas, etc.), sliced

Step 1: Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Step 2: Combine Wet Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined. Stir in the ricotta and Parmesan cheese.
