Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: 250g digestive biscuits, 150g dark chocolate, 150g milk chocolate, 100g unsalted butter, 3 tbsp golden syrup, and optional extras like nuts or dried fruits.

Step 2: Crush Biscuits

Place the digestive biscuits in a large bowl and crush them into small pieces. You can use a rolling pin or your hands to do this.

Step 3: Melt Chocolate Mixture

In a heatproof bowl, combine the dark chocolate, milk chocolate, unsalted butter, and golden syrup. Place the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, ensuring that the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water. Stir until everything is melted and smooth.

Step 4: Combine Biscuits and Chocolate Mixture
