- eggs (100g)
- mixed salad greens (50g)
- olive oil (10g)
- chicken breast (150g)
🍳 How to cook (2 servings):
Step 1
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil, and cook the chicken breast until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Step 2
In the same skillet, add a little more oil if needed and crack in the eggs. Fry the eggs to your desired doneness, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 3
