  • egg (100g)
  • broccoli (50g)
  • feta cheese (30g)
  • rye bread (50g)
  • avocado (70g)

🍳 How to cook (2 servings):

Cooking Time: 15 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Wash and chop 1 cup of broccoli into small florets. Crumble 1/4 cup of feta cheese. Slice 1 avocado and keep 2 slices of rye bread ready.

Step 2: Cook Broccoli

In a skillet over medium heat, add a splash of olive oil. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until tender. Set aside.

Step 3: Cook Eggs
