🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Preparing the Fried Rice
1. Start by cooking the rice according to package instructions and allowing it to cool. 2. In a large pan, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until translucent. 3. Add the vegetables (carrots and peas) and cook until they start to soften. 4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and scramble the eggs on the other side. Once the eggs are nearly set, mix them with the vegetables. 5. Add the pre-cooked rice and meat (if using) to the pan. Drizzle soy sauce over and season with salt and pepper. Stir everything together and cook for a few more minutes, until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy. Serve hot.

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped lettuce or cabbage, tomatoes, and cucumber. 2. If desired, add your favorite salad dressing and toss everything together until well combined. Serve alongside the fried rice.
