Shredded Lettuce Salad

1. Wash and shred approximately 50-100 grams of lettuce. 2. Optionally, add a light dressing of your choice or simply season with salt and pepper to taste.

Cooked Buckwheat

1. Rinse 150-200 grams of buckwheat under cold water. 2. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil (twice the amount of buckwheat). 3. Add the buckwheat, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 18-20 minutes until tender. 4. Fluff with a fork before serving.

Egg-based Dish

1. Beat 2-3 eggs in a bowl. 2. Finely chop 50-100 grams of mushrooms and any additional frittata fillings such as onions or other vegetables. 3.
