Ingredients

2 ripe kiwis, peeled and chopped 1 ripe banana, peeled and chopped 1 celery stalk, chopped 1 cup of water or preferred milk alternative 1 tablespoon of honey (optional) Ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

1. Place the chopped kiwis, banana, and celery into a blender. 2. Add the cup of water or milk alternative. 3. Add honey for sweetness if desired. 4. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes and blend again. 5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
