Preparation
1. Gather all the ingredients: 3 large eggs, 2 slices of prosciutto, 1/4 cup of mixed salad greens, 1 slice of rye bread, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. 2. Prepare the salad by tossing the mixed greens with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.
Cooking the Omelette
