Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Crack 3 large eggs into a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and pepper, then whisk until they’re fully blended.

Step 2: Heat the Pan

Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and let it melt, coating the bottom of the pan evenly.

Step 3: Cook the Eggs

Pour the beaten eggs into the pan. Use a spatula to stir the eggs gently as they begin to set. Pull the edges towards the center and tilt the pan to allow the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Continue cooking until the omelette is mostly set, but still slightly runny on top.
