- 2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula) - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved - 1 cucumber, sliced - 1 bell pepper, sliced - 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 cup hummus - 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled (optional) - 2 tablespoons olives (optional) - 2 tablespoons olive oil - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar - Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
