- pasta (200g)
- chicken (100g)
- mushrooms (50g)
- cream sauce with feta (10g)
π³ How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare Ingredients
1. Slice 200g of chicken breast into thin strips. 2. Clean 150g of mushrooms and slice them. 3. Mince 2 cloves of garlic. 4. Chop 1 onion finely.
Cook Chicken
1. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. 2. Add the chicken strips and cook until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Cook Mushrooms and Aromatics
1. In the same pan, add another 1 tbsp of olive oil if needed. 2. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. 3. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and cook until mushrooms are tender and browned.
Make Sauce
1. Return the chicken to the pan. 2. Pour in 250ml of heavy cream and stir to combine. 3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5-7 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
Cook Pasta
1. While the sauce is simmering, cook 200g of pasta according to package instructions until al dente. 2. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with the chicken and mushroom sauce.
Combine and Serve
1. Toss the pasta in the sauce until well coated. 2. Adjust seasoning if necessary. 3. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
