Pasta Preparation

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. 2. Add the pasta made from hard wheat varieties and cook according to package instructions until al dente. 3. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Chicken Mince with Corn

1. In a skillet over medium heat, add a bit of oil. 2. Cook the chicken mince until it's no longer pink, breaking it apart with a spatula as it cooks. 3. Add corn and cook for another 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Coleslaw

1. In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbages with grated carrots. 2. For the dressing, mix together vinegar, olive oil, a teaspoon of mustard, a pinch of sugar, and salt and pepper to taste. 3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss well until everything is evenly coated.
