  • pizza dough (350g)
  • mozzarella cheese (175g)
  • tomato sauce (125g)
  • ham (125g)
  • chicken (75g)
  • onions (40g)
  • red chili peppers (15g)
  • olive oil (7g)

Step 1

Prepare the pizza dough by either purchasing a pre-made one or mixing approximately 300-400 grams of flour with water, yeast, salt, and a bit of sugar. Knead well and let it rise until doubled in size.

Step 2

Preheat the oven to around 475°F (245°C). Roll out the dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness, then brush lightly with olive oil.

Step 3

Spread the tomato sauce onto the dough. Use about 100-150 grams of sauce to evenly cover the base.

Step 4

Top the sauce with 150-200 grams of shredded mozzarella cheese, ensuring an even layer across the pizza.

Step 5

Add the ham and chicken pieces evenly over the cheese. You'll need about 100-150 grams of ham and 50-100 grams of chicken.

Step 6

Sprinkle 30-50 grams of finely chopped onions and 10-20 grams of red chili peppers over the top for a burst of flavor.

Step 7

Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

Step 8

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
