🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Cooking Time: 10-15 minutesPreperation Time: Several hours or overnight for marination, plus 30 minutes for preparation

Preparation

Start by choosing your preferred type of meat: lamb, pork, beef, or chicken. Cut the meat into cubes (about 100-150 grams per skewer). Slice onions (10-20 grams per skewer) for the marinade and, if desired, to be skewered along with the meat. Mix vinegar (approximately 5-10ml per skewer), vegetable oil (about 5ml per skewer), salt (around 1g per skewer), pepper (less than 1g per skewer), and other spices like paprika, garlic, cumin, and coriander to taste in a bowl. Marinate the cubed meat in this mixture for several hours or overnight for best flavor. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for about 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Grilling

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated meat (and onions if you've chosen to include them) onto the skewers. Grill each skewer for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is thoroughly cooked and has a nice char on the outside. The exact cooking time will depend on the type of meat used and grill performance. Serve hot, straight from the grill.
