Preparing the sushi rice

Preparing the fillings

Thinly slice raw salmon (50-100 grams), and prepare your choice of fillings, such as avocado slices, cucumber sticks, or tamago. Also, measure out approximately 30-60 grams of cream cheese, and keep ready the sesame seeds and soy sauce for glazing.

Assembling the sushi rolls

Place a nori sheet on a bamboo sushi mat. Gently spread a layer of sushi rice on top of the nori, leaving a small margin at the top. Place your fillings in a line at the bottom of the rice.
