Prepare the Ingredients

1. 1 can of tuna (in water), drained 2. 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 3. 1/4 cup of diced red onion 4. 1/4 cup of diced celery 5. 1/4 cup of light mayonnaise 6. 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 7. Salt and pepper to taste 8. 2 slices of whole grain bread 9. Coffee for serving
