Boiled Potatoes with Dill

1. Wash and peel 1 kg of new potatoes. 2. Place potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 tablespoon of salt. 3. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes. 4. Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot. 5. Add 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh dill and 2 tablespoons of melted butter, tossing the potatoes to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Creamy Cucumber Salad

1. Thinly slice 2 large cucumbers. 2.
