  • sugar (15g)
  • eggs (30g)
  • vanilla extract (5g)
  • crust (graham crackers) (10g)
  • butter (5g)

Prepare Crust

Begin by mixing crushed graham crackers or a similar base with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create your crust. Chill in the refrigerator to set.

Make Cream Cheese Filling

Mix cream cheese with sugar, eggs, and a few drops of vanilla extract until smooth. Pour this mixture over your chilled crust. Be sure to smooth out the top for an even layer.

Bake the Cheesecake
