Prepare the Chicken Breast

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Mushroom Sauce

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add butter. Once the butter has melted, add finely chopped onions and minced garlic. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
