🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare Buckwheat
Rinse 1 cup of buckwheat under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to boil with a pinch of salt. Add the buckwheat to the boiling water. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes until the buckwheat is tender and the water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
Cook Chicken
Season 1 lb of chicken breast pieces with salt, pepper, and your choice of herbs (such as thyme or rosemary). Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
