Preparation of the batter

In a mixing bowl, combine 30 grams of all-purpose flour, one medium-sized egg (approximately 20 grams), 60 milliliters of milk, 5 grams of melted unsalted butter, 1-2 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix well until the batter is smooth. If the batter seems too thick, gradually add water until it reaches the desired consistency.

Cooking the crepes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with a bit of butter or oil. Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the skillet. Immediately tilt and rotate the skillet to spread the batter evenly across the surface. Cook until the edges begin to slightly lift from the skillet and the bottom is light golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Carefully flip the crepe and cook the other side for an additional minute or until done. Repeat with the remaining batter.
