  • avocado (80g)

  • vegetable broth (500g)

Preparation

1. Rinse 1 cup of lentils under cold water. 2. Dice 1 onion, 2 carrots, and 2 celery stalks. 3. Mince 2 garlic cloves.

Cooking Lentil Soup
