🍳 How to cook (4 servings):

Step 1

Rinse the lentils under cold water until the water runs clear; set aside.

Step 2

In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, and celery. Cook and stir until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Stir in the garlic, cumin, thyme, salt, and pepper; cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
