  • lettuce leaves (20g)
  • tomato slices (50g)
  • hard-boiled egg (50g)

Prepare Ingredients

Gather all ingredients: 2 slices of whole wheat bread, 100 grams of cooked and shredded chicken, 30 grams of mayonnaise, 20 grams of lettuce leaves, 50 grams of tomato slices, 1 hard-boiled egg, and cheese (optional).
