  • cheese (20g)
  • lettuce (10g)
  • tomato (20g)
  • mayonnaise (10g)

Step 1: Gather Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread (whole grain or your preferred type) - 2 slices of cheddar cheese - 1-2 tablespoons of butter

Step 2: Prepare the Bread

Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.

Step 3: Assemble the Sandwich
