🍳 How to cook (2 servings):

Cooking Time: 20 minutesPreperation Time: 10 minutes

Step 1 - Prepare the Ingredients

Begin by gathering all your ingredients. Weigh 100-150 grams of pasta and set aside. Clean 100-150 grams of shrimp, peeling and deveining as necessary. Measure approximately 200 grams of Alfredo sauce, which you can prepare in advance by blending butter, heavy cream, garlic, and Parmesan cheese. Finally, ensure you have olive oil or butter, salt, pepper, and optional herbs like parsley, all according to your taste preferences.

Step 2 - Cook the Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Once cooked, drain the pasta and set aside, reserving a little pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency later, if needed.

Step 3 - Cook the Shrimp

While the pasta is cooking, heat a pan over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil or a knob of butter. Once hot, add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Avoid overcooking to ensure they remain succulent.

Step 4 - Combine and Serve

Return the cooked pasta to the pot. Pour the Alfredo sauce over the pasta, adding a bit of the reserved pasta water if the sauce is too thick. Stir over low heat until the pasta is well coated. Add the cooked shrimp and toss gently to combine. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve hot, garnished with finely chopped parsley or other herbs, if using.
