- zucchini (150g)
- flour (30g)
- eggs (50g)
- yogurt sauce (50g)

🍳 How to cook (4 servings):
Prepare the Ingredients
1. Peel and devein 1 lb of shrimp, leaving tails on. 2. Grate 2 medium zucchinis and place them in a clean towel or cheesecloth. Squeeze out excess moisture. 3. Finely chop 1 small onion and 2 cloves of garlic.
Make the Zucchini Fritters
1. In a bowl, combine the grated zucchini, chopped onion, and garlic. 2. Add 1/2 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1 beaten egg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well. 3.
