  • butter (110g)
  • white sugar (200g)
  • eggs (100g)
  • all-purpose flour (125g)
  • cocoa powder (30g)
  • vanilla extract (5g)
  • salt (1g)
  • baking powder (0.5g)

Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease or line a 9x9 inch (23x23 cm) baking dish with parchment paper.

Melt Chocolate and Butter

In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the chocolate and butter together, stirring constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Mix Wet Ingredients

In a large bowl, whisk together the melted chocolate mixture, white sugar, and eggs until well combined. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Combine Dry Ingredients
