🍳 How to cook (1 serving):
Ingredients
2 eggs 1/4 cup milk Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp olive oil 1 cup mixed salad greens 1 tbsp vinaigrette dressing 1 slice of whole grain bread
Instructions
1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. 2. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. 3.
