Cooking the Sausage Patties

Start by heating a pan over medium heat. Add your sausage patties to the pan. Cook them for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through and browned. Once done, remove them from the pan and set aside on a plate covered with a paper towel to absorb any excess oil.

Making Scrambled Eggs

In the same pan, lower the heat to medium-low. Add about a tablespoon of butter or oil. Crack 2 large eggs into a bowl, add salt and pepper to taste, and beat them until fully mixed. Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Let it sit without stirring for a few seconds, then gently stir and fold the eggs with a spatula. Cook until the eggs are fully set but still soft and without any visible liquid egg remaining.
