Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 ripe avocado, 1 medium-sized tortilla, salt, pepper, a pinch of chili flakes (optional), and cooking oil or butter.

Step 2: Cook the Eggs

Heat a small non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Add a small amount of oil or butter. Crack the eggs into the pan and cook them to your preference (scrambled or sunny-side-up). Season with salt and pepper.
