Prepare Dumpling Dough
In a large bowl, mix 2 cups of all-purpose flour with a pinch of salt. Gradually add 3/4 cup of warm water, mixing until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Prepare Filling
