  • mayonnaise (40g)

Preparation

Begin by boiling the potatoes and carrots until they are soft but not mushy. Hard-boil the eggs, then peel and chop them into small pieces. If using, boil peas until they are just tender. Once all the boiled ingredients have cooled, mix them together in a large bowl.

Mixing

Add mayonnaise to the bowl of boiled ingredients. If desired, you can also add sour cream or yogurt for an extra creamy texture.
